Are the lights ul certified? i am placing them in a hospital and i need to make sure they are ul certified

I don't believe there is a single thing about these that is certified. They are more of an Etsy-type product.

Where are the instructions for installation ?

There weren’t any. That’s one of the reasons I returned it

What's the light temperature?

Around 3100K-4500K since it's a bright white light

Are these lights dimmable? And what’s the lumens?

Depends on who put it together. I ordered three different lights and got three different LED units. None of them were bright enough to light a room without modification.
