Life-Flo Magnesium Sport Roll-On Life Flo Health Products 3 fl oz Roll-on

I broken my back several years ago and recently started have severe lower back pain from nerve damage. I have received therapy, meds, epidurals and underwent back surgery which all had a positive affect but the pain has returned. I've tried several rubs with little or no relief. The magnesium oil roll on has made a great difference. Been using it daily for 80 percent pain relief. No smell, no greasy feel. Love it.

I do like the roll on version of this product much better than the spray version. It is easier and less messy to apply. It does soak in some, but I found it to leave a moderately annoying layer of oily film on my skin. I might have liked the lotion form better? This product did not work as well for pain relief as I had hoped, but that might be because I was trying to alleviate some pain that was possibly outside of the therapeutic range of this product. I would, and will, try it again when I have pain in a different location

Leaves a crusty residue and doesn’t smell nice. Much prefer the Life-Flo magnesium lotion unscented and either a menthol roll on like Corganics Relief or Nature’s Willow Willow Balm pain relief cream. They work as well or better with a menthol/mint smell.

I repeat buy this stuff for any tense or stiff muscles. Particularly in my neck or upper back, especially when I’m getting a tension headache. It also works well when your low back is tight. I’m not sure how it works so well but it’s great and I’ve seen improvements with how “ashy” it used to get.

This works incredibly well. I have tried all kinds of different muscle relief ointments and this is the best one I have found so far. I use it on my tense neck and shoulders and it takes my occipital pain down from a 10 to a 5 within minutes. The smell is very subtle. Definitely worth a try. The only downside to this product is that is does irritate my skin a bit when I first apply and it’s true that it leaves a bit of salt residue, You need to roll the product on and then use your hand to rub it into your skin fully. The effectiveness outweighs those things though.
