Makes Even the Worst Bed Comfortable
I wish I had words to describe how amazing this pillow is. It’s so wonderful and keeps me so comfortable, I had to name it. I call it Horace. Horace has helped my back, my neck, my hips, my wrists, and my sleep. I use 2 Black Beauty Rest pillows along with him to give me more options because sometimes I need to change the height of my head and don’t feel like shoving Horace’s stuffing around when I’m half asleep. But I could. And have. Horace is adjustable. I can shape him in different places to get the support I need and he keeps it like that until I change it. His leg-arms make wonderful leg rests when I pull them up. I can also use one as a leg rest for both legs and use the other leg-arm as a desk. When Horace first arrived, he was very thin and scrawny. I felt sorry for him so I opened his little bag. He was in such a hurry to get out, he almost tore the bag when it got stuck on one of his leg-arms. Finally, he was free. He took a long breath and collapsed. Still thin, but not as. He was weak and frail. The trip had not been an easy one for such a big guy in such a tiny package. The instructions said to give him a day or two to get acclimated, so I laid him out where he could breathe and take in his new surroundings. After patting him on the head-neck-shoulder, I went to bed. The next morning (what some people might call afternoon if they didn’t stay up all night playing Sky: Children of the LIght), I checked on Horace. To my surprise, he had doubled in size! “Horace!” I whispered (loudly - because there’s an exclamation mark). “How do you feel today?” He yawned and stretched (in my head) but stayed curiously silent (for a pillow with a name). He still looked thinner than the ad picture with that strange woman wrapped around him (which I didn’t mention but definitely planned to bring up later when he felt better!) I patted him on the head-neck-shoulder and left him there, draped over the arm of one chair, across a side table, across another chair and an antique sewing machine that was making eyes at his seams. (Stupid sewing machine with her old cuteness and sharp needles!) Sadly, I forgot about Horace for a few days. I didn’t check on him or look at him or pat his head-neck-shoulder. I got busy with other pillows, Fluffy, Buttercup and Desk. Desk is the odd one, somewhat hard, with a soft crust, frequently used as a desk. But a week after his arrival, I remembered Horace. Not because I am a good pillow owner, but because I could not miss him! Horace and quadrupled in size! He was enormous! “Horace!” I gasped in delight. “You look like you’ll feel better!” Horace was having none of it. He had been forgotten and he knew it. I was pretty sure the sewing machine had been needling him about it. (Stupid sewing machine spinning her antique wheel, curling her wrought iron legs! One of these days…) I ignored Horace’s displeasure and loaded him up on my shoulders and hauled him up the stairs. I threw him on my bed and dove in. It was heavenly. I fell in love that night. My husband knows and he’s ok with it. The next morning I said my thanks to Horace and went about my day like usual. He was still sleepy so he stayed in bed. After having it out with the sewing machine, I was exhausted and went to bed. To my shock, Horace had grown again! Horace continued to grow for days afterwards. My grandkids, daughter, husband and son in-law also fell in love with Horace. And so did my terminally ill chihuahua. Every night now, I find him snuggled into Horace’s head-neck-shoulder, or draped over one of his giant leg-arms. He’s so cute and precious, that after I kicked him out of MY Horace, I got him his own; we call it Horace Jr. So in the end, it wasn’t sunlight, fresh air, or the joy that comes from being freed from a tiny plastic bag that caused Horace to grow to his full potential. Nope. It was love. (Love that was willing to forget about him until he was useful and then lock him in the bedroom to keep him safe. Forever. Away from devious old sewing machines and creepy strange women who take selfies while they waller around in his giant leg-arms!) (Stoopid sewing machine!)

Awesome pregnancy pillow
I have had this pillow now for six months. I have used it both during pregnancy and after and could not be more pleased with it. It has provided a wide range of benefits uses. The cover is a soft jersey material that unzips for easy removal. I wash it once a week and the material and zipper have both held up nicely. It is a little bit of effort to replace the cover after washing due to the size and shape of the pillow, but the generous opening makes it fairly easy. The pillow itself has a zipper also so you can customize the level of stuffing, more or less, to your liking, though I left it as is and found it to be perfect for my needs. During pregnancy the pillow helped me stay on my side comfortably. I could move the sides of the pillow where I wanted them for optimal comfort and no more aches and pains in my hips, back, or shoulders. Now that I have had baby I throw one leg of the pillow behind me on top of the headrest and it becomes a nice back rest for late night feedings. After baby is back asleep in his bassinet I bring the leg of the pillow back down and enjoy a few more hours of pain free rest. I wish I had this pillow years ago for my hips, back, and neck and I expect I will continue using it for years to come. Now that I am able to sleep on my back once again I find having the support for my shoulders and ability to adjust the legs of the pillow to prop up my knees to be very comfortable. As a woman with previous sexual trauma, sleep was always something difficult for me but this pillow provides me that sense of comfort as it hugs me from both sides and I have had much more restful nights as a result. When my husband and I want to snuggle he moves one leg of the pillow out of the way so no problems there. Great pillow with many benefits and uses.

Awesome Pillow! Supports my Hips from Dislocating
My hip tends to dislocate or partially dislocates while I sleep so this pillow keeps my knees, legs, hips supported so I do not sleep with my knee behind the other knee which can cause my hip to dislocate or partially. With this pillow (which I bought the largest one) I have the head section at my feet then cross over the long sides so it is in a shape of a ribbon so whichever side I roll on I have the pillow between my knees and push the back of the pillow behind my knees plus with it being so large I can still hug the pillow and have the other side against my back for support for other conditions I have. The material is very comfortable and well made. It doesn't make me any hotter than I normally would be. In other words due to many health condition sometimes I get extremely hot but this doesn't agitate or makes it worse. So I think for most it would be comfortable and not hot. Also, the pillow also came with an extra pillow case so that was a nice addition. I will never live without this pillow again. Prior I had tons of pillows to support my body now I just have this one pillow so much better. Highly recommended for everyone who needs support due to hip issues ... to put it short and sweet ... if you are sleeping with tons of pillows ... buy this one then all you need to worry about is adjusting one pillow vs many. 5 STARS! Love love love it! I have EDS, fibromyalgia, chiari, syringomyelia, celiac disease, lupus, gout, DDD, levoscoliosis, and more so like I said this pillow is a life saver. Perfect for support with those with chronic health conditions.

Definitely helps and much better than a wedge (for me)!
For reference: I am 5'2" and was ~128lbs before pregnancy and ~145lbs now at 6.5 months and I've gained everything in my belly. I also was a sometimes back / sometimes side sleeper before pregnancy. Before purchasing this I'd tried one of the simple wedge pillows assuming, since I've only gained in my belly, propping it up was really all I needed. That didn't work for me. It was too firm, made me feel like I was on too much of an incline, and made my back hurt. Pros: Price isn't too bad (although I wish I'd gotten away with the $20 wedge!) and I really like the jersey fabric. It's breathable and the cover is easy to remove, wash, and it's not too bad to put back on. The contours in the middle of the pillow - one to go under your belly and the other against your back - are really great. I like that the pillow is soft enough to have some of it under the bump without making me feel pressure there but also there's enough to it where when pushed against my back I do feel support from it. It definitely has made my pelvic pain less and offers the support I need on my lower back/belly. I also really like that it's symmetrical so that when I switch sides at night (which I do often) I don't have to also flip a giant pillow cocoon. It certainly helps me to be a side-only sleeper. I was also really happy to find out that I don't get neck issues with this. Before I needed this pillow I used one of those ergonomic foam pillows and was worried about giving it up. Added bonus: I've propped myself up with this to sit in bed in order to get my legs out straight for awhile and it's pretty comfortable in that position as well. Cons: I don't like that I have to have my down-side (against-the-mattress) arm under the pillow to not feel cramped. It is comfortable that way, it's just annoying getting used to literally being encapsulated. I also get leg cramps at night now and usually worse in whichever leg I have down-side. I need to have the pillow in between my legs to help the pelvic pain, but sometimes that causes the cramp in the lower leg to be worse. I don't think there is an alternate pillow solution for that though.

Great for pregnant and non-preggo alike!
Update: I used this pillow after my hips started to bother me very early on in my pregnancy. I don't think you need to be pregnant to use this. Actually I wish I would have used it years ago. But it definitely worked for my hip discomfort. And as I am about to give birth soon, I can say it works wonderfully in the third trimester. Zero regrets for getting this product. A definite must have in pregnancy. The company does not use flame retardants or chemicals in their pillows. This is something few people think about. You should. Especially when you start buying baby products (clothes especially polyester is a problem, car seat, bassinets, crib mattress, etc) because of the scientific data that details the negative health effects of these chemicals in our babies. Do your research. For adults mattresses and pillows are where we get exposed to flame retardants the most. Anyways, I contacted the company directly and they send me this: Thank you for your reply. None of our pillows use flame retardants and/or chemicals, you could use it with confidence. Please contact us anytime if you have any questions. Have a nice day! Best regards, AngQi Original Review: I have been using this for a bit. I have to say this has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I am able to find a comfortable position easily and at some point you have to sleep sideways when you're preggo and this helps with that! My hips also don't hurt as much while sleeping. But I have preggo induced hip soreness so no pillow or gadget will fix that. However, this pillow is amazing! Even my significant other tries to steal it from me. Good luck to him >=).

Made a huge difference in my pregnancy!
I suffered through sleep with my first pregnancy with an assortment of different pillows gathered from our bed and couch. This pregnancy, I decided to splurge on a real pregnancy pillow. Boy am I glad I did. It made resting comfortable again. I was afraid that it would be difficult to have proper neck posture, especially side-sleeping, with this pillow. I have serious neck tension problems which lead to debilitating headaches, and regular pillows of all thickness and firmness levels have all let me down most of the last decade. I had planned to turn the pillow around and put the "U" between my feet, but amazingly, it felt perfect under my head, and I have had nary a neck tension headache in the time I've been using it. That in itself is pretty phenomenal. But in addition to that, it helped support and recover my belly and back and hips through some serious pregnancy pains, including back strain so bad I couldn't straighten up for over a day, and symphysis pubis dysfunction, which is pretty horrific. I suspect that this pillow, along with chiropractic, played a role in helping my joints and ligaments align for optimal baby positioning for a good birth. Our firstborn was anterior and on the right, and I had awful, awful back labor and was in labor for 42.5 hours after my water had broken and had to be induced with Pitocin. With this pregnancy, the baby aligned her back to my left side around the beginning of the third trimester and rarely moved. When it was time to go into labor, she moved down easily (if that can be said of any labor) and rotated perfectly for a fast and effective labor with far less back pain.

buyer beware...
i have extremely sensitive skin and can only wear natural fibers ie cotton, silk &c and preferably organic. the manufacturer described this pillow as having 100 percent cotton fill and my selection of the jersey cover as being cotton and silk. every pillow i have ever seen/purchased has two labels attached. one begins by stating under penalty of law this label should only be removed by consumer and there is a description of the materials used. neither the pillow nor the cover had either of these labels attached anywhere. i slipped the pillow into the cover after following the instructions to let it air out and achieve it's fullest shape which i did. i woke up after a few hours itching and saw that i had broken out in hives. now, if you do not have any issues like mine, i will say that this cover is very easy to get on the pillow with the extra long zipper and i felt the 'buoyancy' to be great. i am not pregnant and this is not the first of these pillows i have purchased to help with my fibromyalgia. it was very comfortable, had no odor, was easy to put the cover on, was vacuum packed and arrived on time. i would recommend to anyone without skin problems although it had no labels as it should. it is made in china.

Big girl pillow for big girl problems
Hoenstly worth the purchase for me. I had HORRENDOUS shoulder pain when I bought this, and I was desperate to get some of it alleviated by changing out my pillow. Everything was expensive, and this has constantly popped up on my feed several times. It didn't cure me of my neck pain, but it's just thick enough that it raises my head so I'm not putting pressure on my collarbone and exacerbating the problem area. I always loved the design of pregnancy pillows, so I figured I'd give it a try, and I sleep pretty well at night. Like a small dog on a giant doggie bed. It's a little big on my bed, so if you have lots of pillows and plushies like me, you'll have to sacrifice them to the floor, but it's wonderful! Not pregnant, just got bad shoulder and neck pain and needed something to help it
