I feel like these run kinda small. I ordered 2-3t and my 2 year old is kinda small and they were tight before she even turned 2

Not tried them on my granddaughter yet but disappointed to get 4 grey labels 4 purple labels and only 2 each of the prettiest colours pink and green labels . 3 of each are shown on product photo .
