High Quality MCT oil!
If you need help achieving or maintaining ketosis, I'd highly recommend this oil. It's excellent quality, great to mix in coffee/a hot beverage. It's effectiveness is undeniable and it has no smell. Every time I take it, my energy levels go up a bit after.

I am very pleased with this product, I have been taking it in my coffee, no nasty taste or smell. Early days on the benefit, but so far it's definitely helping with my bowel movements

Good quality MCT oil
I have purchased many products from Ketosource over the last 5 years and will continue to do so. If I have any keto related questions or need to know how to use their MCT oil, Damien or his team have been very supportive. I have previously used their C8 oil but thought I would try this organic one as it is slightly cheaper. This quality oil works well to supress my appetite and the taste is fine too. The founder Damien is so friendly and knowledgeable about his products and has emailed back in a timely manner, when I've sought advice.

Works well for me.
I tried this last time I was on a Keto diet, and decided to once again get some this time. It helps as part of a fasting, gym, keto regime. Pleased with the brand and the product.

Great quality and flavourless.
Arrived quickly and the product looks great. Only just started using it in Bulletproof coffee so unable to comment on effectiveness but it’s flavourless so doesn’t affect taste. Will be ordering again.

The product is good, but the quality of the bottle is terrible.. first of all plastic, (I know the glass version is available) but worst is how badly it pours. Makes a dripping mess every time.... Bottle is always oily and just leaves a mess everywhere..
