OMGOSH! THIS STUFF WORKS MIRACLES! My hands are severely dry, actually cracking open and bleeding, especially in wintertime. I've tried everything, including prescription creams to no avail. I settled with another luxury brand of hand cream and dealt with the condition.I have been eliminating the use of products containing mineral oil, which my usual hand cream contained, so I began my search for something new.While browsing the wide selection on Amazon, I saw L'Occitane. I remembered recieving a gift set with a small tube of it many years ago. It felt spectacular and was very conditioning. However, a small tube did not allow enough use to see a real difference. After carefully reading the ingredient list and positive reviews, I decided to give a full size tube a try.WOW was I astounded at how well it's been working! The cracks on my hands are almost completely healed and although using 2 or 3 x a day right now, apx. 2/3 tube remains. A little goes a long way. I am sure when hands are completely healed and winter breaks, the frequency of need for use will reduce.The cream has a VERY slight and clean scent. It takes a moment to completely soak in, I like massagung my hands over my dry elbows while it does so. And they are more supple too!I have given my old hand cream to a friend and will ONLY be using L'Occitane from now on.YES, the price per tube may seem a bit high compared to others. But, quality ingredients, unparalleled results, and small amount required to achieve supple, beautiful and healthy hands is WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! Actually, it ends up being no more expensive due to small amount needed for effective results. I highly advise the purchase of the Tube Key as suggested by the company. As with any product in a tube, it's impossible to extract it all without one.Give it a try and you will love it as much as I do!

Love this stuff. Only need to use small amount depending on area so read instruction. I don't really use more than a pea size for the applications for me.General use not for everyday unless you need to use that way at first. Expensive (to me) but this helps with dry or very dry skin and use at home and/or ready for bed so it can get in and moisturize. I use everyday at first then as needed throughout the week. Then use something more affordable during day especially for hands or arms that you wash multi times a day. (you should have been doing this even b4 Covid).I have psoriasis just outside ear canal and a few sm spots on my head and this helped during time of no medication for this or when its not severe ie dryer weather or even when it had subsided.I can say that when I was in bar/restaurant industry like million yrs ago a customer gave me this and people couldn't believe it because my hands were very soft and it happens even now I work in a very dry environment. Trust me when I said I tried everything on the market and I think it depends on your skin also.

L'Occitane is is a brand revered by many, for good reason. This hand cream is not inexpensive, but I've never found anything that matches it's clean lavender scent. That's a personal preference, of course, but I find it very pleasant; long-lasting, but not cloying. It's lightweight, easily absorbs -- sometimes I wish it was a bit "heavier". But it's one of my favorite gifts to me, when I want to feel a bit pampered. Which is often ;) Recommended.

Love most anything and everything L’Occitane, but the prices are almost always way over what my budget will allow. However, I took a plunge with this hand creme, and I’m so glad I did. My skin is exceptionally dry and especially my hands, and this creme with the extra Shea Butter has worked wonders with my hands and cuticles in just a few weeks of use every night. Now I am convinced I can’t live without this. I love the scent, too, which smells like baby powder only better. Thank you Amazon for making this available on your website and for your prompt delivery. I’ll be back for more!!

As I age, my hands seem to be getting drier and drier, not to even mention the cold, cold winters in New England. I found this product worth every penny I spent. I was hesitant at first, but decided I'd try a pricier item rather than throwing my money out the window on lotions/creams that did nothing. I'm so glad I did. Love the smell (reminds me of a freshly powdered baby bottom) and the tiniest of amount goes a long way. Will continue to use this product - so worth the extra money.And by the way, take the time to spend a few extra dollars and purchase the "key" that turns the bottom the the tube. You'll get all of the product, thereby eliminating discarding the cream you normally couldn't remove.

I have used the L'Occitane hand and foot creams in the past (20% shea butter) because my skin gets very dry in the winter. This year I needed something stronger as a new cancer patient on a strong course of chemo. The intensive hand balm was recommended by another cancer patient. I find I am very sensitive to strongly scented creams since I started my treatment and this is relatively odorless. Plus it is so thick I don't have to reapply after every hand washing. With COVID now having us taking extra precautions with hand washing and compromised immune systems, this is important for keeping the moisture in the skin of my hands. It's one of the few cosmetics I am willing to spend the cost on because it is extremely effective.

Love this product. Finally decided to spring for the extra price tag to check it out. It is a quality brand and the 25% shea butter really makes this nice and moisturizing. I look forward to using it several times a day. I like there to be a little oiliness to it that melts in shortly after using. The price tag overall is still too high however and requires the buyer to give too much profit to the company in my opinion thus the 4 stars. Please be more realistic with the price and I'll happily raise it to 5 stars.
