I bought this on a whim and I am so glad that I did. I don't wear them with my shoes, but every day when I get home from work I put them on and wear them until I get dressed the next morning. The pain I was having is almost completely gone. I constantly had cramps (charlie horses) in my feet and didn't think it had anything to do with the bunions. But since I've been wearing them I no longer get the cramps. Not sure if it's just a happy side effect or what, but I'll take it! I just moved and they got packed away. After about a week of not wearing them the pain (and cramps) started to slowly return. I found them quickly and I'm now back to being ALMOST pain free. For such an inexpensive item, it works wonders. Way better than the surgery my doctor recommended!

From the first day I wore them, the pain in my toe got much better. In few days, My toe felt normal. I have a toe arthritis. The doctor said it could be because of the flat feet which causes pressure on the toes while walking. The bunion corrector takes the pressure away from the toe when it separates it from the other toes, which should slow down the deformation of the bones from the arthritis. That with arch support shoes and a custom made insoles really help. The doctor also recommended Vionoc shoes as they are well constructed and should provide good support. She told me to stay away from soft shoes.

This product is not totally useless. I can use the excercise portion of this. The bunion cover with material on feels nice but it is to much to wear in your shoes and the white plastic one total disintegrated when I use 70% alcohol on it. I don't know what I was trying to do with the alcohol but it melted completely.

I bought this kit primarily for the sock with attached toe spacer. It is very uncomfortable as it presses the underside of the second toe next to it. The toe spacer is taller on the side away from the big toe. The ones with the flap to protect bunion is frustrating because the it bunches up when putting on a sock. Also the bunion protector adds bulk inside the shoe and makes the bunion hurt. I think I’ll stick with the simple toe separators that slip between the toes. They’re cheaper, work well and are much easier to use.

It falls apart. My first one fell apart, and they sent me another. It fell apart also. It sucks because I could tell it helps tremendously.
