I’m recovering from laparoscopic surgery and wanted to speed things along a little. There is no way I could take this three times a day however. So far, I have been able to take it once a day, on an empty stomach between meals as directions state, and the nausea is out of control. I feel like I’m going to throw up or faint. Because if it’s enzymatic function, I’m pretty sure it’s effects cease if you take it with a meal to combat this. For reference, I have a sensitive stomach, but I can throw down vitamins and liquid herbal supplements between meals no problem.
