StirringsMixer Margarita 5cal

I really like margaritas but needed to cut calories. I tried out a few low cal mixes and like this the best. It’s not too sweet - might even be a bit dry for many - but I really like it.

I was really excited to find this low cal mix. Now, I did not expect it to be anything as good as the regular, but I was completely dismayed by how watery and tasteless this is. It is basically water with a bit of key lime and sucralose. Citric acid is also in the ingredient list, and it has little to no citric flavor, so that should give you a clue that there is little to no actual lime in it. Also, it should be noted that there is no Grand Marnier or orange flavor in this at all, so it doesn’t have the true test of a margarita mix. The only way I could make this palatable was to add juice from 3 additional limes plus some Grand Marnier extract (from Olive Nation). Very Disappointing.

This is a great low cal Margarita mix-not super sweet, refreshing! My new favorite drink!
