AC is very good. Outdoor unit is very big, Indoor unit plastic quality is average. However, performance is excellent. Chilling is very good. Low noise both at Indoor and outdoor units Recommended for purchase

Good product

Packaging of this Product is good. The thing is IDU was manufactured on March25(new) & the ODU was manufactured on October24(old). Different in serial numbers. The Quality of this Daikin Brand is amazing, I think they are already using latest tech compared to others. Performance of this Daikin AC is uncomparable. Best in this price segment. It is one of the best top 3 brands. Their is No Wifi Connectivity. They discontinued the wifi model. Noise level are also very good, you don't feel the noise of the blower or the ODU. Cons is the Installation Service. I don't like the Installation service at all because they take too much amount & the behaviour of the service agent is not appropriate they are giving too many excuses. They are not intelligent or skillful like we saw in YouTube AC Technician. In my case, I installed this IDU on top floor which is (2nd floor). And ODU at the roof. We have 3 - 4 very solid ideas for the installation, I researched everything on the internet, our ideas will work. But the Technician told us "" nahi hoga nahi hoga pipe hai rubber nahi "" I don't like the way he told also. I know everything is possible this is easy for a very vastly experience professional technician but him giving to many reasons for that. Also at the time of IDU install he didn't even tell us how it appears on our wall, however we ask him to do that. He also placed the AC where he charged more money by taking extra in copper pipes, after I told him to shift this IDU as close to the Wall ( 2m to1.5m gap). I wanted my IDU minimum 1.2 ft gap from above ceiling, he then reason me why you want to do this like he is the owner of this property and we are the person installing this AC. This is our house, We will decide how the AC will look like and where it should be. After going with his idea. Copper pipes extra - 2meter (5meter total) 4 core wire extra - 13meter After Installation they don't check or test the gas leakage in pipe or joints, I asked him why they told me that daiking company does not test for leakage. We have vast experience it will not leak. I don't like the way he was told me that. I know they tightened the pipes properly but why they don't check the leakage TEST in joints for double sureity. I am hopping that he properly made the flare & tightened the nuts with copper pipes & main thing the joint he made after connecting our copper wipes with theirs. I asked him about his service experience he told me I know & do every piece of work inside or outside related to the ACs. (8yrs experience) I don't think that he has this type of experience, his words are not polite & the behaviour was not appropriate. I am providing him a 2.5mm high quality 4 core wire, he told me I will mention in the bill that the customer is using his electric wire, and we take no responsibility for that and if anything occurs in future related to PCB ( any falt) it will not in under warranty. It will totaly beared or bourne by the customer. He was giving me excuses of company will not give you warranty it will void if we don't take wire from him. He also working very fast like he has to finish this installation very ASAP. He just don't listen to us at all, just doing what he wants or where he wants. He was doing this because of the company told him to earn more money by charging more in copper pipes and electric wire. Easy Work (less or no banding & easy drilling work) + Charging More Amt. in copper pipes and electric wire fitting during installation. I don't like the Installation Service at all. My neighbours on 1 floor, we purchased the same ac on same platform Amazon it will delivered on the same date. And after delivery Daikin person called us one by one for the installation. My neighbours takes the next day appointment for the installation and my appointment will after the next day. Technician arrived early, my neighbours told me to come and watch the installation process. First of all he explained the charges per meter written or given by the company. The technician is very nice, polite, he knows his work, explained every part what is wrong and what is right & good for everyone one. He was doing what we want or where we want and also gives good ideas for making easy for the technician to work. After billed, He charged them high but it's the company charges and after knowing the charges we saw that 4 core electric wire costs more than the copper pipes because they are used as 2 seperate wires one for ODU to IDU and another is for ODU to stabilizer. He tried to cut the cost little lower by adjusting the pipes. Charged eleven thousand for the installation (neighbours charges) I was taken some ideas from him for my site. I was looking to install my AC from him but to his personal reasons he may be not available for the next day (installation). Why I am writing this ALL, its because every technician is different, it doesn't matter they work in same place or for the same company. They all are different thinking after all wants to make money but some are giving reasons excusess then take money. And some are honest in their work ethics they charge you honest amounts, they used their brains or do lot of hard work if they enjoy their work. same daikin ac, same place, same service workshop but DIFFERENT service TECHNICIAN. In daikin, Ogeneral 4 core wire will use 2.5x tha copper pipes. Because 1 wire connects the ODU to IDU & another connects ODU to stabilizer or main switch. Thanks of your reading this much.
