When I say I feel so much better, I mean lots of energy and more focused. Before, I was so tired and sluggish. All I wanted to do was sleep. She's only taken this for about a week, and so far there seems to be no difference. What really made me want her to try this is because it was said to help with brain fog. She suffers from brain fog on a daily basis so it was worth a try. She also has a hard time with swallowing pills but these seem to be o.k. for her.
