It works and was attractively priced

The battery was delivered timely, was a perfect replacement for the original, was charged and ready for service. Hoping it will have good service life. So far am very satisfied.

Very easy to install and if you have an XPS Dell Laptop with the light on back flashing white and yellow you probably need a new battery or charger....I replaced the charger and I still had the problem of a dead battery....so got a new battery and it works great....Thanks to Amazon having specialty products.

1st GHU battery would not charge over 69%. 4 of 5 lights lit when pressing the button. Lasts about 1 hour on a single charge vs. 3.5 hours with the original laptop battery. Drained and recharged the GHU battery twice and no improvement. Now only charges to 65%. Returned and requested replacement. Received a 2nd GHU battery that showed 5 out 5 lights out of the box, which looked promising. When installed on the lap top, power showed 0% charge and would not accept a charge. Tried multiple times to reset the lap top power setting without success. Looking for alternatives…

I'm happy with this purchase. Battery plugged right in and laptop is working well.

The laptop recognized the new battery, and it charged up with no problem. Now the old Dell can be used without it being plugged in all the time. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Works great for my laptop.

I purchased this item one year ago ,It stops charging at 70%. Now , after a year stopped charging at 10%. Does anyone have a clue or a cure? Thanks.

Seit ein paar Monaten im Einsatz. Funktioniert super. Nicht ganz die Kapazität vom orginial aber Preis Leistung stimmt.

This battery pack is a fraud. It is advertised as a 87Wh pack but in fact is only a 73Wh pack. This actual capacity is as reported by the battery itself when you produce a "Battery Report" in Windows (see screen capture). That is less than 85% of its labeled capacity and is likely the result of building the battery pack using cheaper 2200 mAh cells versus 2600 mAh cells. Either that or it was built using used cells. This supposedly new battery barely exceeds the capacity of the original Dell battery after 9 years of use. For comparison the original Dell battery was rated at 90 Wh and had an actual capacity of 93 Wh when new.

I bought this with some trepidation as the laptop is now 7 years old and Dell did not have the battery in stock, but as I was down to 20min max on battery I needed to but something. The battery arrived on time, had charging of two lights out of the five on the pack. It fitted in perfectly, probably better than the original which was a struggle to get out. It was immediately recognised by the computer and has had its full three cycles of battery charging from about 8% to 100% to set its charging memory and works for about 2hrs 20min which is fine for this laptop technology. I've even loaded Windows10 bought from Microsoft and even that is working well on the Dell!

This battery fit well, and was read by the PC without issue - the old one was totally dead. I haven't got an accurate life yet, but it is in the order of 4 hours which is ideal for my purpose. Note this battery does protrude under the laptop, I think this is a good thing, making sure the ventilation is adequate and gives a nice tilt to the keyboard. I would recommend this GHU battery to others.
