The 20S EVO motorcycle communication system was designed with a fixed type, shark fin antenna as opposed to the flip up antenna of the original 20S. This sleek antenna design improved group Bluetooth intercom stability and distance, while updates to the hardware allow for a more robust general performance. In addition to its original updated design, the latest upgrade for the 20S EVO are Sena’s premium HD speakers. Designed with a beveled taper, the HD speakers fit easily into helmet pockets and give riders a more comfortable experience. Sena’s HD speakers offer a marked increase in volume, bass boost, and clarity.

Review: Awesome Bluetooth headsets! - I have had the smh-10’s for 10 years. They were awesome and proved the worth of Bluetooth headsets to me. So I decided to upgrade and see if a little more premium was worth it. I bought the duo set as we use the intercom a lot. Pros: Intercom wind noise is much improved over the 10’s. The upgrade speakers have a much fuller sound than the old ones. It still won’t wow an audiophile. But it is good sound. Speaker placement is everything. Battery life is awesome. They charge quick. Mounting is easy. I use on a Bell Pitboss. Wife has a Harley half helmet. Controls aren’t all together simple. Most basic functions come pretty naturally. The app helps with some more complex stuff vs. going through a sequence to do it thru button pushes and such. But once set up, it’s mainly volume adjust and intercom on/off, or answer phone call. Volume is separate for each mode. Cons: The only one I can think of is, voice command while riding is not very effective. It’s like all the noise filtering is turned off when you try to talk to Siri, and she doesn’t hear too well. I haven’t figured out how to keep it from switching to the bike when I answer call or make one. It’s usually about a second after they answer it swiches and I have hurry and switch it back. May be more of a Harley thing than Sena
Review: If you set your speakers up right you will have 0 issues - Works extremely well once you put the speakers in the speaker cutouts in the helmet seen a few reviews that these speakers weren’t loud enough and the sound and bass wasn’t too good but I’m kinda hard of hearing and it was very loud the bass could be a tad bit better but overall was fine

I have had the smh-10’s for 10 years. They were awesome and proved the worth of Bluetooth headsets to me. So I decided to upgrade and see if a little more premium was worth it.
