You do not have to know Dr. Hawkins work to understand the journal. It’s a very simple, perfectly explained guide to help you understand yourself and how to become a better person by increasing your awareness and level of consciousness. This journal is for anyone, not just for those struggling or looking for a self help book. It is a tool to help enhance anyone’s life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED;)
