Great Quality, it arrived very quickly. I use it weekly and it gets the job done well. Sometimes it can be slow but I cannot say if it is because of the computer or my wifi. It doesnt overheat very fast, but in a warm environment it will after a few hours. The battery lasts me about 8 hours if I am on the computer, however when i turn it off with a charge and leave it in my coldish room for a few days the next time I open it up, most the time its dead. Overall for the price, youre getting a good deal and its design is nice. (the little scratch on the back was from me, it came perfect)

I want to tell thanks to customer support , I had to return the item in a week after purchasing because as I realized later I needed OS11 for my study lol, this one is 10.13 I couldn’t download the new OS after clearing the disk as it was said in return label, so they helped me out and were super nice even know I was returning it for good. I liked the product, it had only one small scratch on the bottom , but the laptop was like new I hadn’t any issues using it. I actually like it. Good package, fast shipping, very good product and very nice support , thanks :)

When I got my Apple MacAir, it worked as expected. I run a online business, very basic things on the computer. They have a 90 day warranty on this product but my problems started happening a month and a half after the warranty ended. First, my built in sound went out. I called Apple and they trouble shooter everything over the phone. Nothing worked. I ended up getting a Bluetooth speaker which worked so I dealt with the problem. My computer started to run run slow weeks after, the system thought it was over heating and in the same breathe, the system stopped holding charge. Once I plugged out the laptop, my system died!!! I finally went to Apple store about another month and change later because it unbareable to do anything on the system. They ran a test and my computer failed all test that were ran. They said that this shouldn’t have happened on the timeline that I had the computer. Long story short, I informed this 3rd party seller and they didn’t attempt to help at all because of their policy of 90 days. I was better off spending a few dollars more and going through Amazon products sold by Amazon, which the warranty is 365 days (1 yr warranty). I contacted Amazon again who have been so helpful and understanding of the situation but is very limited, I don’t have a back up computer at the moment and operating my business on my phone temporarily still waiting for assistance thru this 3rd party. I don’t stand behind their quality of product at this point and did not offer a replacement, like they knew their refurbished products wouldn’t last. Not cool! 3 thumbs down! #👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

In great shape, very outdated, but a great choice as a starter MacBook computer. You can update it to use the latest version available for the computer, but you aren't able to use apps like word or download Hulu lol. Screen quality is great came, device came with no physical scratches or damage. Easy setup If you already have an iCloud account. The seller overall has very good products, communicates on time, and shipping was as expected!

It looks brand new and my grand daughter will love it for Christmas

Firstly I want to say that i’m very appreciative of the renewed portion on amazon. I desperately needed a laptop before my summer classes. It arrived the day after I placed my order ! When i got my macbook i only was able to eye out the single scratch on outer body that is pictured above. The macbook itself was very slow and would not turn on unless plugged in …. but with some research I found the answer. First I had to update it to McOs Sur which took forever . last update was in 2013 🫠 But i eventually found out that I needed to replace the battery - WHICH BTW you can buy a 45$ one right here on amazon and install yourself for about 100$ less than apple offers. After that I was good to go - I think even though at the moment it seemed like a big hassle - it still is so much better than buying a newer one for the price of my rent as a college student. So if you have time and patience and don’t have a lot of money to splurge on a newer version this is definitely recommended!!
