    Nice Book..But

I have to admit to being a bit disappointed in this book. While it does include some great looking recipes I found not all of them would be good for a Bake Sale.. as I have never seen Ice Cream goodies. Those recipes would be great for an Ice Cream Social format. Also the presentations are nice..BUT there is not even  very basic information about them. There is one page of ideas at the front of the book and that is it- other than showing the finished goods packaged up. It also shows a picture of Ms. Lee holding a tray of "Cake Balls/ Pops" looking like dropped ice cream cones, but no where in the book does it feature those. It is a lovely book, wonderful pictures and I do look forward to making some of the recipes for an upcoming Bake Sale to raise funds for a local woman's shelter. However I felt some what deceived by the promises, that for me at least we not met.
