Exactly what I wanted
I like grits with breakfast and a single serving involves exactly 1/4 cup of dry grits. My measuring cups provided, at best, an approximation of 1/4 cup. So I literally bought this measuring cup just to measure a single serving's worth of grits. To my surprise, it turned out to be a really well-made, versatile little measuring cup. Sturdy stainless, sturdy handle that's tack-welded to the outside of the cup (no rivets to keep clean on the inside). And--bonus--filling dry grits to even with the top of the cup then adding to 8 oz of boiling water results in a perfect serving of grits.

Great pick for portions and durability.
Pefect size (measured amount) for my lage dog food bag. Give me just the right portion. It should out last the dogs. Took a while to find something like this.

Sturdy and well made. Great price for this little gem. I use it to scoop dry cat food and it has a nice long handle.

Perfect for serving dog food
I purchased 1.25 cup for scooping and serving dog food. Instead of approximating using a line marked on a container, or having to scoop multiple times with smaller measuring cups, this was perfect. I've used twice daily for 1.5 years and still in great condition.

Perfect for my dog that needs 1.5 cup per meal - make it easier to give one scoop in am and one in pm .

Sturdy handle with convenient measuring!
This 2-cup stainless steel measuring cup is sturdy! I used it to pack a travel bag for my dog food, and will use it while we are gone. He eats 2 cups twice a day, and it is perfect! The handle seems to be very solid so far! I recommend this product!

Solid construction, very expensive for a single measuring cup but if you run a dog kennel or a pro kitchen it makes sense. It seems to be pretty robust and has already been tossed around d a few times. Not sure why the 2 cup has a shorter handle than the 1.5 cup, also not sure why that bothers me. Pretty insignificant complaint. Looks way more professional than the coffee mug I was using before haha.
