The flavor is this amazing mixture of hot spices and hinted sweetness. The thickness is just like a jam. I love putting this on my hambergers, pot roasts as a glaze, also if you do two spoons of this mix it with a block of cream cheese it makes a really bomb dip everyone will love. The heat is there and it doesnt last long like others would making for a longer enjoyment with every bite of food you put this on! Ghost Scream has the best recipe you could ask for. 100/10 ill always buy this jam and my family loves it too. I was at a winterfest when i first met these guys they are an awesome company and they did samplers of all they have listed here too and i can tell you i loved them all.

This ghost pepper jam is next level. Such a great balance between sweet and heat and garlic and smoke. Absolutely delicious. Let me put you on: Ritz cracker, cream cheese, smoked salmon with this jam on top. Thank me later

I just love this stuff. When the jar I got from my son as a holiday gift was done, I just had to buy it again. Very spicy, with some sweet and garlic flavor. Great on Pretzel Thins with cream cheese.

I wasn’t even looking for a jam, I was looking for chili paste, and I found an amazing one (gluten-free and grown and made in the US!) under the same label. When I saw they also made this hot & sweet jam, I couldn’t pass it up, and I am so glad I didn’t. It is just WOW! Not only that, but I needed the chili paste for Christmas Dinner and it wasn’t scheduled to arrive until a week after Christmas (I was ordering pretty late). I ordered anyway and sent the company a note asking if they could expedite and they were very kind, shipped immediately, and I got both items two days before Christmas. That’s service! Thank you!

Its not bad. Has a good spice. But definately tastes heavily of liquid smoke, not like the peppers were smoked. Kind of a drawback. But never hurts to try new things.
