Does this work for biking or does it irritate the back of the knee as you peddle?

I haven’t biked with it, but I use it when on the elliptical I I don’t have irritation

Yes as long as you make sure the velcro is correctly placed as it will rub and irritate your skin. I preferred wearing mine over my clothes for this reason.
