Hard work
The power/spin ball is really hard work, there is a video on you tube you can follow, hard but good fun when you get the hang of it.

Great idea
Pretty easy to use when you get used to it that is. Good quality item and not to hard to use once you are used to it. Would recommend purchasing this and would definitely buy another, would also buy from this company again and would recommend buying from this company. Thank you 😃

Another fad but at least it was cheap
Another fad gadget... probably great if you are fit and healthy already but it flared my chronic pain. At least it was cheap.

Takes a lot of practice......
I bought mine over 2 and a half years ago. I didn't really master the technique so into the cupboard it went!!!!! I found it a few days ago, and decided to give it another try. I found a video on YouTube about the basic technique on how to get it spinning made by the Company that supplies/markets the product. It was a huge help. I have spent 10 minutes a night just slowly practicing the correct action without worrying about specific exercises. I still have not mastered it yet, but am improving. My dominant right hand finds it easier, my left is still syruggling, but I can see with practice it will come. Even after 10 minutes at a low rate of spin and therefore, resistance, I can feel a burn in my shoulder muscles. This will in time, start to improve muscle tone, and I think, increase my cardiovascular health. Nothing comes without effort, and I feel that I will benefit from this over time once the technique and exercises are mastered. The guy in the videos is easy to understand for the basics, and for workouts. You can contact them directly to discuss issues. I will certainly persevere this time round. I will try and update this in the New Year as to progress!
