I don’t usually write reviews, but wanted to leave one here because I am just so impressed with how well this works. I bought this for my 13 year old daughter who had mild/moderate acne. After maybe 2 months of consistent use, her acne is significantly improved. She now only gets breakouts occasionally. We are very happy customers!

I don’t often write reviews. I have been very happily surprised by how well this works. Purchased for my 13 year old boy who is dealing with hormonal acne. His topical skin care routine was already dialed in. This supplement has decreased acne by at least 50%. It’s a significant improvement in just a couple of weeks. He does say the pills taste awful, so that’s unfortunate but a small price to pay for such a dramatic improvement in acne.

Maybe these help some peoples acne but they did nothing for my son. However they do have vitamins and minerals in them so they weren’t a complete loss. Even though they didn’t help with acne, they still were a good multivitamin while he took them
