Great taste!
This cereal is delicious! It’s a little bit pricey but keep in mind, you’re getting a good deal of protein and at no point do you feel like you’re choking down something that’s good for you. That’s one of the reasons why I put myself on a subscription schedule with this cereal!

I really like the taste and the price.
I love these, I buy them often. My only issue with these is how hard the flakes are. I don’t understand why they’re so hard. But I love the added freeze dried strawberries. Makes all the difference. What I do though to make this softer and easier to eat is I take the whole bag and literally crush the bag between my hands, breaking all the big hard pieces into smaller pieces. Then I add milk, wait a minute or so for the cereal to absorb the milk and get somewhat soggy. I think this is the best way to eat this specific cereal. The price is also great. Compared to all the other protein cereals out there, this one is pretty great. And the taste, because of the strawberries I actually crave this.

The best protein cereal out there
I tried both mixed berry and chocolate, I definitely prefer the chocolate one especially if I'm adding some unflavored whey protein too it. The mixed berry one is far less flavorful and also is more crunchy than the chocolate. Always use milk and allow the cereal to soak for a couple minutes unless you don't mind it super crunchy and hard. I wish it didn't have any added sugars but 4g is not bad. I do appreciate the use of stevia instead of sugar or sucralose. The almonds provide more nutrients too which is nice and a little extra flavor. It is also far cheaper than any other protein cereal too. I've been having this cereal for over a year now every single day for breakfast, I first chop a banana up in my bowl, add 1 cup of cereal, the around 10g of unflavored whey protein concentrate, then 1 cup of milk to make a 38g protein bowl of cereal to start the day. I do recommend the chocolate over mixed berry any day, unless you don't like chocolate...

Best Protein cereal on the market
I love this cereal. Let's be honest, if you like sugary kid cereals or if you think your kids will eat this, you're probably going to be disappointed. That being said, if you are on a high protein diet, looking to mix up your protein sources and have a fast and easy way to get 50g in before noon, this cereal is the hero you need. Taste, texture, and really anything with food is subjective. This is my personal experience. * Taste: 10/10 To be fair it was more of a 7/10 when I first tried it. Now I'm hooked and with all the fun add-in's you can do it's seriously my favorite cereal of all time. It's sweetened with Stevia which usually you can immediately identify but I can't taste it in this. It's just a nice mellow sweetness overall with strawberry being the predominant 'sweet' flavor. * Texture: 8/10 I like it best when eaten right away. Milk will make it soggy fairly quickly (some people like that) but I prefer it crunchy. It's substantial and the best way to describe it is like a generic Bran Flakes cereal. * Price 7/10 It's expensive... But quality things often are. If it weren't for the fact that I was looking for a good protein content with minimal ingredients it would be a bit too much to justify. However, given the quality and nutrition content, it's more reasonable. * Nutrition I eat 2 cups of cereal with 1 cup of 2% milk in the morning. It's about 500 calories for 50g of protein, 40g carbs, 15g of fat, 20mg cholesterol (only from the milk), and 650mg sodium. To get the equivalent protein from something like eggs, that would be about 8 large eggs at 560 calories for 48g of protein, 8g carbs, 40g of fat, 1,600mg cholesterol, and 550mg sodium. Overall, I'm very happy to have found this cereal and I hope they don't ever discontinue it. If you really want to have fun with it, throw some additional fresh fruit in there - I like to do apple with some cinnamon or some fresh berries then hit the gym.

Great macros, decent taste, but texture was off
I was excited to try this because I love Premier Protein shakes, and the macros on this cereal are great—high protein, low sugar, and pretty filling for a small portion. The taste was decent, nothing mind-blowing but definitely better than most high-protein cereals out there. My only real complaint is the texture—it tasted a bit stale or overly hard, even fresh out of the box. Not sure if that’s just how it’s made or if I got a bad batch. Worth trying if you’re tracking macros, but I probably wouldn’t grab it for everyday eating unless they improve the crunch.

This cereal may not be for you
This cereal does not taste like corn flakes (which only has 2.1g of protein per serving) or Frosted Flakes (11g of sugar per serving). If that’s what you’re expecting, please don’t buy Premier Protein. This cereal has 20g of protein and 5g of sugar. The flakes are sturdier and more crunchy. It’s not stale, that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Again, if you prefer dainty flakes, please don’t buy Premier Protein. Pour it in a bowl, add a cup of milk, and now you’re looking at 28g of protein for breakfast. Perfect if you weight train, want to add muscle, or want to preserve what you have while dieting. Think of this cereal more as a protein shake replacement. I personally like the taste of both the Mixed Berry and the Chocolate varieties. I alternate between the two each month. Your children will probably not like this cereal. Your grandmother may not be able to chew it without letting it sit in the milk a little while (it does soften up a bit). But, if you’re looking for a cereal that will fill you up, support your body while you work (or work out), and tastes good. This is it. Stay strong. 💪

Great nutrition Taste ok
Delicious. Great as it does not raise my glucose when eaten with almond milk.

Beyond bland cereal.
Very bland. Did not like it. The chocolate one is delicious. I bought both flavors to try and would not be purchasing this one again. Texture is fine, will soften in milk. If you wanted to make cereal bar “rice krispies treats” with sugar free marshmallows, this would definitely work, so that’s a plus.

Taste is so worst compare to others. I just cannot take it. Just give it to someone as donation.
