Finally I found the perfect truly wireless buds! Great sound quality, they don't fall out and the price was right. I'm glad I waited the 3 weeks for them to be delivered.

UPDATE: Motorola support got back to me. They ignored my comments quoting firmware upgrades on their own website and basically said the video will always be out of sync. So, if you MUST buy these, understand you’ll need a separate pair of headphones to watch videos. Insanity.Absolute garbage product. Everything bad you've heard about these earbuds is true.The pairing and everything is fine, but...1) If your hand strays anywhere near your ear, the music will cut out in the opposite bud. The signal is so sensitive on this that even tilting your head the wrong way will cause it to drop out. Which is NEVER a problem when one is walking, exercising, existing as a living entity.2) Even when you manage to hold your head PERFECTLY STILL, the audio will get out of sync and get garbled. This happens at least a couple of times every 15 minutes or so.3) Garbage for watching video. It's out of sync just enough to drive you mad. Their website says a firmware update and setting your earbuds into "video mode" will correct that. Which is fine except...4) They dumped the old app that could DO those things and the new one is useless. No option to update the firmware, no "video mode" and speaking of...5) Assuming you can FIND "video mode" your earbuds have to be in the charging case to switch to that mode. When you're done, you have to switch them back to music mode, which means popping them back in the case to flip a switch on your phone. Total hassle. This product is just over a year old and is this poorly designed. This is early 2000's bush league, totally inexplicable in 2018.6) The website is awful and outdated. Good luck finding what you're supposed to do with anything and it hasn't been updated since they sunsetted the old app on Jan. 1 of this year. Which, again, was the official app for LESS THAN A YEAR before they ditched it. Way to be consistent, Motorola.Unsupported, doesn't work out of the box, and is a nightmare to get working correctly. I give up. Returned for a refund. I'll go buy something that works. This experience also turned me off buying a Motorola phone.Long story short, dump stock in Motorola if you still have it, because its being run by clowns.

Bad AirPods, right ones button lose difficult to press, bad quality for a company like Moto it’s sound little bit good but bass is very low then during calls also only the right one work .

Easy to set up and use. Sound is great ....if I could only get them to stay in my ears I'd be completely satisfied. As it is...not so much.

I love these headphones. Perfect quality sound. My only gripe is I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer. I have an average of just under 4 hours of consistent usage before I have to charge. But for the price, that's a minor complaint.

I like the truly wireless experience. These are a good price compared to other Bluetooth earbuds.

I bought this product, tried every size, and on my second use, one of them slipped out of my ear and fell into the gutter on the street and is lost forever. Now I am out $70 and I only used this product once.

Som ruim, sem definição (flat), bateria péssima (2 horas de autonomia, onde já se viu isso?), fone desconfortável, mto pesado e fica caindo da orelha.Tão ruim, que em uma semana eu dei para meu irmão, na esperança de que gostasse, mas a avaliação dele foi igual à minha.Dinheiro jogado fora.

Es un producto pésimo, no pésimo lo que sigue de pésimo, a pesar de las constantes reseñas malas que vi en YouTube y Amazon no hice caso y tire a la basura $1300 pesos mxn, la calidad del audio es buena pero no hay un lapso de 20 segundos que la conexión del audífono izquierdo con el derecho no se pierda, se vuelve completamente desesperante y es de pésima calidad la conectividad entre ellos, no los recomiendo absolutamente nada, NO LOS COMPREN.

La calidad del producto es excelente, muy recomendable si eres apasionado por la música y te gusta escucharla todo el día en cualquier lugar, prácticamente nunca se descargan ya que cuando los guardas en su estuche se recargan y como son pequeños, es casi indispensable cargar el estuche ya que podrías extraviar alguno de los 2. (no han sido probados a la hora de hacer ejercicio ni deporte).A los 7 meses, dejaron de retener batería.

Buen sonido, cómodos de usar, no se caen con facilidad, lo único que no me agrada es que si estás realizando una llamada en un lugar con ruido es muy difícil para la otra persona que te escuche con claridad o que siquiera te entienda, caso contrario en lugares con poco ruido.
