An absolute JOY to apply ... gorgeous!!
I bought a 2007 Saturn Sky Redline a few months ago, it was in remarkably good condition and the top looked quite nice ... or so I thought until I used Renovo! It was very easy to apply evenly with a 2-inch foam roller; only one coat so far, and in the relatively dark underground parking the coverage appears very uniform. I'll have another look tomorrow in the sunlight. I couldn't be more pleased, the top looks like I imagine it did in the showroom ... although I must say, I sort of wish that it would keep the lovely, soft sheen that it has when still a bit wet. I definitely give Renovo Soft Top Reviver top marks; a most satisfying experience! [Update] The top looks even better in the sunlight, and I'm amazed by the way that it brings the appearance of the car to life! Now that I know that it won't require another coat, I'm going to treat it with 303 Fabric Guard. I should add that it took all of half an hour to do the entire top, and I still have 2/3 of the bottle left.

Great Product
Great product. Used it on a 2013 VW Beetle. The top was faded and stained. I won't say this made it look new but close enough that it made it well worth the effort.

Pontiac Solstice Super Happy with Results
Ok so I didn't take before pictures so I didn't bother with after pictures. After 2 coats, it looks as close to new as I could imagine possible. I got the larger bottle and being both very liberal and wasteful, I have at least a third of the bottle left. I followed the instructions, washing the top first, making sure to rinse the soap off. I have the following recommendations; 1) I think it's best to minimize how much soap you use in the pre-clean. I think it would be an issue if there is leftover soap residue on the top. 2) I bought a plastic paint drop cloth, partially put the top down, laid the drop cloth across the entire cabin, hanging over the painted parts, windshield, and doors. Then I put the top back up but didn't lock it so that way I could access the front edge. The dye is not thick and runs quick like water. It's best to ensure you protect the paint and cabin. This technique worked really well. 3) Have a magic eraser ready in case you do drip on you paint and remove drips immediately. 4) use painters tape on the back window. 5) Do not do this in the sun! The instructions tell you not to. I took it to the covered parking lot at my local train station which was perfect. By the time I cleaned up the scene, the top was almost dry. As soon as the car hit the sun, it was bone dry. Doing this in the sun would probably give a really uneven coloring. 6) I waited 3 hours, then put on a second coat. The way the second coat absorbed was a bit different than the first. This time spread on a very dry and sunny day gave me a perfect result. The car sat in the direct sunlight for 3 hours after the first coat and I went back to the covered parking garage for the 2nd coat. Tomorrow I'm going to try the waterproof protection treatment. Hopefully that goes just as well. I didn't rate the waterproofing because I haven't gotten it yet yet.

Incredible product
Outstanding product. I had a silver convertible top that was fading, so I decided to just try recoloring it. I had read some good reviews so I tried it. I applied 4 coats total, and it came out amazing. After 2 years, it still looks good. I even have enough left to do more coats if it ever fades. Just a phenomenal product.

Can use to change top color
Used it to dye my tan 2000 Town Car roof that was very stained to black. Not perfect but coverage was good where staining wasn’t too bad

Brilliant product — easy to apply and gives the soft top a rich, even black finish. Brings tired fabric back to life and makes the car look so much smarter. A little goes a long way, so the bottle should last.

Aufwertung vom feinsten.

From light to a medium brown and grey ish type color It said to apply 2 coats to achieve a black top perfect look. My car was only a year old from brand new yet the effect was not satisfactory at all. Disappointed.
