We use it for homeschool lessons, coding, robotics, and building, but he also uses it on his own for solo projects. It was very easy to set up, and he is now old enough to use the software and follow the instructions without me needing to direct him step-by-step. He has enjoyed it so much that we have added more LEGO Spike items over time. We really have no complaints. The only thing I wish is that it came with at least one more power pack/control unit, because it would make it easier to build more projects without swapping pieces around.
