I have used these now for about 12 years. In that time, I only lost one. I know I have installed 100s of these and 90%, once installed, never get turned off again.

This item is exactly what I needed and works for what I needed it for, there are two points that made me give this a 4-star rating. 1. the item has very poor instructions, if you have never researched or worked with products like this you will be totally lost 2. I was expecting the dial that you can adjust the buzzer time to have multiple time options and I found it to only have two, furthermore to reach and turn the dial is not easy even with a screw driver!

Works as it is intended and easy to install. I thought it was going to be more expensive but It is really cheap for the good quality.

It's a power supply. Actually, it 's a bit more than that - but I'm not interested in some of it's fancier functions. 120VAC in, 12VDC out. Just what I wanted.

Happy with purchase. Very good monitor and intercom for the price. For easier installation mounting bracket & cabling for the monitor could be improved for hollow wall anchors.Mounting bracket should have more depth for the cable entry into the monitor.
