It's really good and sharp. One needs to be careful with the edge as it can easily cut the skin on the fingers, unlike cheaper knifes. Cutting vegetables or fruits is as simple as cutting a cake. The knife also has good grip and feel when chopping.

Quite sharp, but not exceptional. Needs fair bit of force to cut the thick part of a carrot. Feels sturdy.Star rating may change depending on how long the sharpness lasts.
