Works really well. And work’s every time. A little harsh taste, and slight burn in throat. But nothing to stop me from using it. I’ve been using it for a number of years and the results are worth the taste or slight burn. In fact after all these years I really don’t even notice them anymore.

Finally, a non habit-forming nose spay that works for me! I've tried at least 8-10 different sprays and they had little to no effect. This one opens my 95% blocked nose (due to broken nose) and keeps it open for hours, even while asleep. Just ordered my 3 bottle...

When you read in the reviews that this stuff stings... it's not like it hurts, but yes, essential oils are powerful. However, I love being able to use it in conjunction with flonase. I don't really love using a steroid nose spray because of the long-term side effects, so as a person with daily allergies, this makes me feel much better about what I am putting into my body. It definitely flushes you out!

did not work for me. 4 way is much better.
