Q: Do these have a front fly?

Yes they have a fly front. Waistband a little stretchy. The length was not accurate however. I bought a 32” L but more like a 30”

Q: can the him be let out?

It is a small hem, about an inch. There is no cuff. You could let it out. You won’t gain much.

Q: Does Nike make flex golf pants in a size 44

Not that I'm aware of and I've searched for them. The largest size I've seen Nike make is 42. However Callaway and Under Armour make golf pants in size 44. Just be prepared to spend around $80-$100 for them.

Q: Are these warm enough to wear in colder weather?

Honestly no, I don't think they would be warm at all. My husband actually wears them for his job as an executive pastry chef. They are super stretchy and more of a cooling type athletic fabric. Hope this helps.
