I contacted the seller immediately when the infrared heat lamp stopped working just minutes after its initial use. Not only did the seller respond to my message, but he also contacted the China-based product support team who reached out to me to resolve this issue. Freeman and his support team were fantastic and considering the challenges of time difference, distance and language barrier, the experience was such a wonderful surprise having this level of product support dedicated to customer satisfaction. The product "fix" was easily made by me. Grilling at table side is so nice and the easy clean up is a big plus. I'm very pleased with this grill, so much so, that I've ordered another one as a gift.

Received this as a present and only worked for 2 minutes. Heard a pop and it just stopped heating.
