This tool chest is a great buy and it's the best organizer system I have ever had. It replaced one that I bought at the bicentennial. It was time for a change and this is beautiful, sturdy and functional. It is easy to assemble. Great value.

The toolbox is a very inferior product. Poorly constructed and the metal is very thin,tiny wheels with no structural support.it would be classified as a child’s toy. I’ve spent over 25,000 dollars in the last one and a half years with you and I now feel cheated and taken advantage of. Jerry

This ships with the top drawer section located in the box section and it has to be removed. The problem is that it gets wedged into the back of the item, making it impossible to remove. I tried everything including clawbars to get it out with no success. I am returning the item. Seems interesting that they put styrofoam everywhere to protect this thing in shipping, except in the back of the bottom section to prevent the drawer section from getting wedged.

I had an issue with the product and the company was very eager and willing to solve the problem. Very prompt in responding as well!
