I was drinking sugary energy drinks, soda pop, and junk like that, and I needed something to satisfy my desire to have a sweet-tasting beverage. I was pushing 225 lbs, maybe a bit more. I know I didn't want ANYTHING with artificial sweeteners (all artificial sweeteners are actually insecticides - true story). Not only are they not good for you, but there's never been a single study that shows definitively that artificial sweeteners help with weight loss. I needed SOMETHING. So I tried this, and boy am I glad I did. I wish it was more widely available, or even available in bulk containers (ala Nestle Quick or Country Time Lemonade) I would buy more of it. But since giving up energy drinks and pop (and other garbage sugary foods) this has helped me satisfy my sweet craving with ridiculously low calorie content and no artificial ingredients. To wit, I attribute the Crystal Light energy drink mix (along with some will power on my side) with my weight loss of over 60 lbs. I'm 48 years old and weight around 160-165 lbs, depending on what day it is, and it feels great to have my body back. If you need to lose weight, CUT YOUR SUGAR INTAKE. This helps. I get 2-3 servings from a packet even because I don't like it super strong. You don't HAVE to use the whole packet. If it's too strong for you (and it is for me) split it up. Crystal light, I don't know if you guys read these at all, but you helped me to get my health back, and I just wanted to say thanks. 100% recommend Crystal Light Pure Energy drink powder. Nothing bad in it, nice Stevia sweetened flavor, strong enough to get a few servings per packet, helped me lose 60+ lbs. Wish they'd freight me a pallet of the stuff, it's hard to find locally. Increase local distributorship please!!!

These are my absolute favorite drink mix packets. The flavor is fantastic, they're easy to use, they dissolve quickly and easily in a bottle of water, and they feature natural ingredients. I really do enjoy the flavor and I love that they have natural ingredients. I find these to be a great morning pick me up with the added caffeine. Then, as a bonus for me, these don't contain any artificial sweeteners (which I can't have). I've ordered these over and over again.

Always tastes great! Good amount of caffeine! I prefer to dilute it.

This is much better when you want a caffeine boost vs other products on the market. I use to buy 4C but outside of the orange the flavors are horrible. I wish this product was still sold at retail , they have relaunched it in stores at 1/2 the caffeine in a one pack serving vs the size sold on Amazon

Good product but it’s almost $10 extra compared to 3 months ago? Why isn’t this stocked anymore at grocery stores? It’s like they’re price gauging on purpose now?? A shame because I love this drink but not at these increasing prices!!

I've tried a few different water flavor items at this point, and Crystal Light Mixed Berry with Caffeine is definitely the one I enjoy the flavor of the most and is also super affordable, which I appreciate. It's a nice change from coffee and gives a good afternoon boost. One thing I've noticed is it seems to bother my heartburn a bit more than some other flavor items I've used, so keep that in mind, but otherwise I really like this mix.

This is one of the few flavored waters without artificial sweeteners! It uses stevia which is a natural sweetener! It also has caffeine for those afternoon slumps! Love it!!!

Tast is a little off I think,leaves an after taste I could do without. In this respect I will be getting the strawberry instead of this one in the future. I like the Tangerine, Mango one too, only there is no caffeine in it. I have used the convenience of the Crystal Light packets or many years. Helps keep me hydrated with flavor rather than always blah water.
