I have used this wheel on my Central Machinery bench grinder after much trouble and research. On the plus side, this seems to have an ability to balance itself somewhat even if mounted out of alignment (due to Toolocity's m14 female to 5/8-11 male thread adapter). It holds belts very well and tight at 3,450 rpm. Plus the cheap, off brand belts I bought for it (Tru-Maxx 3-1/2" x 15-1/2" belts at $20 for 5 on eBay) fit perfectly, hold well, and take lots of material off quickly with this wheel. It will soon be a great investment for me as I am a blacksmith and can grind pieces faster as soon as I find a good m14 adapter. I have only found a few downsides to this wheel though they are major: it is not clearly stated that this wheel is sized for ANGLE or INLINE grinders at 5/8-11 threaded arbors and NOT 5/8" arbor BENCH grinders; that it won't even fit a 5/8" bench grinder shaft as the center hole is too big and the wheel is too wide; the wheel itself is very expensive at $110 for just a rubber wheel(?); and you're forced to buy the EXPENSIVE 3M wheel adapter kit on top of this wheel's price if you wish to actually use it, THEN hunt down a thread adapter that is PERFECTLY aligned (check my review on Toolocity's m14 female to 5/8-11 male thread adapter, it is NOT aligned) if you want to use it on a bench grinder. Other than the trouble of getting it to fit equipment, the wheel itself is of perfect quality (which it better be at its price). So I give it a solid 3 stars.
