Absolutely brilliant idea!!
I have had major surgery on my pelvis and it can be pretty painful underneath. I’m supposed to use an ice pack but as you can imagine it’s not exactly very glamorous sat trying to hold it there! I got this as I’ve purchased others similar but without the holders that look like sanitary towels. Again you have the problem of holding it in place. But the normal holders are good for when I need the ice pack on the front of my scars. So this pack was perfect! Surprised no one has thought of it before! It’s incredibly useful and I imagine perfect if you have had a baby or have piles etc.It works really well if you have fragile skin, I have EDS and I’m menopausal so things can be a bit uncomfortable at times. I now recommend this to all the ladies in my prolapse groups especially those who have surgery. I’ve given a pack to a friend who just had a baby and she says it’s really soothing. So if you have had any kind of trauma down there give this a go.

Long
I expected these to be smaller but they are very long so they will cover all of your nether region lady's. I have awful coccyx pain and when I have a flareup the pain is a nightmare. Came across these and thought id try it, I have large cool pack's but they are huge in size for my back. These are a bit thin with not much gel, they are almost dead flat, but it might be better that way to sit down as the gel might burst it (it's happened on other gel pads) im going to fold it halfway so not to freeze my whole region. You can feel the tiny beads, id say be careful if heating it for too long as they can split the gel out, id do a few seconds and check it until you get it to your liking and not too hot. Forthe cold I put it in the freezer but I don't fold it over as id imagine it might burst at least with my weight 😁 it does help to ease the pain and pressure, it helps numb the area and better than using medication which upsets my stomach. I love the material and it sits very well into it,much more comfortable and not touching the skin directly. I was delighted it came as a two pack so I can alternate them. Well worth trying.

Brilliant for postnatal care
I recently had a baby and have some post natal injuries to recover from. I bought these hoping they may offer some relief to the swelling and they have done exactly that. They are easy to use, really comfortable and most importantly are helping me be more active as I recover. Really recommend these to any new mums needing this support.

Cold doesn't last long
I put the ice pack in the freezer for the advised time - I think it was half an hour. It was cool rather than cold. But once I'd put the fuzzy sheath on, then put it in the pad, then put it on, I could barely feel it at all. It takes ages to assemble and doesn't hold the cold well.

Shape
They freeze okay but the shape and fit was uncomfortable for my wife so she couldn't use them

Great product not just for its intended use
Absolutely live these I put in freezer then wrap in pillow case and put between my legs whilst in bed to reduce my body temperature and any irritation

AMAZING!!!
Words cannot express how much of a godsend this product is! You get 2 gel ice packs, 2 fleece covers and 3 washable sanitary pad-style covers with a comfy fleece gusset. The gel packs are extremely thin so I expected them to be a bit rubbish. Absolutely not the case! 30 mins in the freezer then 20 mins of utter heaven for your nethers. Could probably use them as migraine ice packs too, as they're long and thin. Highly, highly recommend for post-surgery, post-natal and post-pumping. A total must-have product!

Good stuff
Doesnt stay cold for all that long which can be nuisance but I find that's the case for all these gels types! So obviously it's just not a point we are at in design. Which is why it's important to have more than one in a pack to quickly swap over when needed. I've had quite major surgery and I'm very swollen and inflamed/lots of stitching so comfort was always gonna be hard to do but I do feel like the thin pad shaped cover you can clip to your underwear in the same way as an actually maternity pad is great.Obviously it's not absorbent like a real pad because it's just meant to be a cover you can fasten in the same way. Again I find this better it allows for more air and comfort especially as having the gel pack is a certain level of thickness in itself. Would be too unmanageable any other way so this was done really well. It's also a smooth texture on the side that is touching you.All in all it does exactly what it says and is every useful as it is genuinely hard to find these things! Should be way more of a market! As it isnt yet I do also think it's a good process and worth it for anyone who could do with cooling down or I guess heating up down there. Also like that it has covers for if you dont wish to use it in the pad shape in your underwear but would like to hold it some place else.As I say not enough of a market for it and out of the small options I'd say this is great when you weigh price amount functionality comfort and practicality x
