Q: How long does it take to charge the buds when they run down? How long to charge the case? Thanks

They charge while in the case as it's connected to the charger. I don't believe the case itself holds a charge. They do charge quickly however.

Q: Are they compatible with the mototrbo walkie?

No. Unless the walkie has it's own Bluetooth. Otherwise the earbuds would have to have a plug in for the walkie that sends the Bluetooth signal. They do make "wireless Motorola earbuds for walkies". You just have to search it.

Q: Why can people barely hear me during phone calls?

U have to ake sure your volume is up on your media and phone.
