Heavy duty pan! NONSTICK!
I’m glad I bought this pan! Great quality, heavy duty, nonstick! What not to like😊. I wash it by hand, not sure how it’s do in a dishwasher. But since nothing sticks to it it’s easy to just rinse it by hand. I use this pan to bake rye bread and really like the size. It creates perfect small sandwiches in a size of a large cracker. I already recommended it to a couple of my friends that decided to buy it as well.

Absolute Perfection!
All I can say is these pans are absolute perfection. I'm a serious baker and I've been slowly replacing all of my aluminum pans with USA Pans. They're professional grade, non-stick, they don't warp or discolor, things bake evenly, super easy to clean, the quality is top notch... I could go on and on. USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Cocktail Sandwich Loaf Pan Made Rye Sourdough. Full one pound loaf. Perfect fit. The 3 x 3 inch format allows the center to bake before the crust turns into a jaw breaker, and the slices are the right size to build the perfect slider. VERY LIGHTLY rubbed the pan with unsalted butter before baking and the finished loaf literally fell out when done. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but it’s commercial grade and well worth it. Would definitely buy again ✅

Excellent Loaf Pan for Tea Sandwich Bread
I purchased this loaf pan with the intent of using it for tea sandwiches, and it did not disappoint! USA Pans are consistently excellent quality, and this is true of their cocktail loaf pan. The pan released well. I opted for hand-washing the pan and found it very easy to clean. For stability reasons because the loaf pan is so narrow, you will want to place it the oven horizontally in the oven so the pan is perpendicular to the slats on the oven rack. I’ve noticed some people asking about which recipes work in this pan. A 13x4x4 inch Pullman loaf = 208 cubic inches; the cocktail loaf pan is 13.75x2.75x2.75 = 104 cubic inches or exactly half that of the Pullman loaf. Recipes which fit a standard 13” Pullman loaf pan should be able to be halved to fit this pan. I chose to bake my favorite King Arthur Baking bread recipe, Pain de Mie. This recipe makes a 13x4x4 inch loaf; I simply halved each of the ingredients to fit this pan. I reduced the 1st rise time from 90 min to about an hour. For the 2nd rise, I started checking on it at about 20 minutes; ultimately the 2nd rise was about 30 min instead of 45-60. I kept the oven temp the same as written, 350F. In terms of baking time, the loaf reached an internal temp of 190F on an instant read thermometer at ~20 minutes. As climates and oven temps both vary, you’ll want to keep an eye on both the rise times and the baking times.

Awesome Pan
This pan has a very nice weight, good quality and construction, and my zucchini bread baked evenly. The size is perfect for tea size bites!! I only purchased one, but I will definitely buy another one to speed up my baking time. I Love It!!

Fantastic Bakeware!
I purchased 2 of these pans to make homemade cocktail Rye Bread for the holidays. Wanted to try them ahead of time with something other than the bread to see how much "stick" they would have. They are heavy duty and so well made. I made mini meatloafs in them and they slid out like butter from the pans! Placed them in the sink with a little water and not even any soap and all the sticky glaze simply melted away. They look like I had just taken them out of the packaging when I received them. This is bakeware that I will definitely pass down in the Family for generations of scrumptious recipes to be made. I just can't say enough good things about how happy I am with these pans! Buy these pans if you are looking for quality. I am NOT a paid influencer for this product, just a Mom & Grandmom who is delighted with this purchase. Definitely worth the money! Happy Baking!

Very high quality... may be "over engineered"
I bought this because I am on a diet and I want bake skinny bread loaves so I can make sandwiches with less bread. I can buy skinny french loaves of bread at the supermarket, but they have really thick crusts that wear out my jaw and mouth to eat. The pan is super heavy... heavier then any baking pan I have. The metal is very thick. The non stick coating seems very thick robust. I cooked my first loaf of bread with it and it fell right out of the pan. It's the right size to cook a single loaf serving of frozen bread dough that I got from the supermarket. I let it defrost overnight in the pan. I stretched out the dough to fit the pan and then I let it rise for a couple of hours. The results were excellent. I am satisfied that I spent the extra money to buy this high quality pan.

Perfect mini loaf pan
Love this pan for mini loaves of bread. The pan is heavy and nicely shaped. Works well for recipes using 2-2 1/2 cups flour. The bread slices are just the right size for dessert/sweet breads, garlic, herb and savory party size breads. I've been making french loaf for spaghetti night, fresh bread is alway a big hit.

My first order the pans arrived without plastic covering so there were some scratches which i thought was still ok. This second order, still no plastic wrapping to protect the pans and even worse the pans are stacked together and stuck!! I’m not able to remove them!! Also missing the original product label that I think these are not new pans. Lots of scratches on sides of the top pan. Had to return. Very disappointed The pans are heavy duty & good quality pans. Pity that such poor packing n causes pans to be damaged. Update: I ordered the pans 3rd time. Just received and I’m very happy! The condition perfect. Each pan individually wrapped n no scratches. I ordered again because like the size and shape of pan. Also quality superb top. Super happy this time! :)
