But since nothing sticks to it it’s easy to just rinse it by hand. I use this pan to bake rye bread and really like the size. It creates perfect small sandwiches in a size of a large cracker. I already recommended it to a couple of my friends that decided to buy it as well.

I can buy skinny french loaves of bread at the supermarket, but they have really thick crusts that wear out my jaw and mouth to eat. The pan is super heavy... heavier then any baking pan I have. The metal is very thick. The non stick coating seems very thick robust. I cooked my first loaf of bread with it and it fell right out of the pan. It's the right size to cook a single loaf serving of frozen bread dough that I got from the supermarket. I let it defrost overnight in the pan. I stretched out the dough to fit the pan and then I let it rise for a couple of hours. The results were excellent. I am satisfied that I spent the extra money to buy this high quality pan.

**Q: What size loaf (in pound) should be used in this pan?**
A: USA customer service is excellent. When I purchased this pan the response to MY question was " it holds a little less than 8 cups of batter- so you would use 60-70% which would be about 4.8-5.6 cups". I was referring to cake batter and not bread batter.

**Q: I'm looking for a sourdough cocktail bread recipe to use with ythis pan, does anyone have one?**
A: Any sour dough bread recipe for a standard loaf pan will work for this pan. There are a ton of recipes you can try on the internet.

**Q: Do you have a rye bread recipe for this pan?**
A: I also am looking for a recipe for rye bread for this pan.

**Q: For how many grams of dough is this mold?**
A: I don't know.  I usually make a recipe and put dough in the pan until it's filled, then with the left-over dough I make buns.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little nonstick loaf pan

Very pleased with this pan. It baked my banana bread beautifully. I placed it slightly diagonally on the oven rack otherwise it was wobbly. It is nonstick as advertised. I don’t didn’t grease/flour the pan and as you can see in the third picture it had very little residue left. Highly recommended. Fourth picture for size reference. Be warned - because it is very narrow It’s not as easy to pour batter as a normal sized loaf pan. Happy baking!
