What a bargain! i was looking for a cheap pc to replace my old laptop which is too slow and tired and got that tower 2nd hand refurbished that works really with a nice and in very good condition monitor. Easy to set up with the printer. Worth every penny. Delivered the day after in the morning. Excellent stuff.

This isn't a high spec gaming PC - if that's what you want, look elsewhere. However, it is incredible value for money. The keyboard and optical mouse are brand new and the monitor is in perfect condition. It alone is selling elsewhere for much more than the price of the complete package. The PC itself is small and extremely quiet. It comes with 64-bit Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. There is no room for internal expansion, but it has 6 USB ports, which provide you with a lot of options for external devices. It comes with a wireless USB network adapter that is relatively slow by current standards, but also has a standard network socket on the PC, allowing connection to a router for much higher speeds. I've had it for many months now and it has performed flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to but another if the need ever arose.

These Dell desk top computers are excellent value for money, and very fast. I particularly like the 22" monitor with it's crystal clear display.

Twice changed their faulty pc within 5 months. And they wanted me to pay for postage to return to replace probably with another faulty pc . Will never buy from them .

I ordered this as a standard PC for email and office activities, the first one arrived and had a broken stand and also no sound as something was stuck in the headphone jack (obviously not checked before despatch) the second one arrived 2 days days later and very pleased with it ! 22" Dell screen and very fast compared to my old PC. I even downloaded a racing game just for fun and it runs its great, worth buying refurbished as its environmentally friendly and cheaper 4 STARS, would have had 5 if the first one was checked correctly.

Arrived next day. Looks brand new to me. Screen, mouse, keyboards, leads and the computer all for much less than 200. All works fine. Windows 11 onboard. Has dvd slot which I was not expecting. Loads of usb ports. The usual time needed to get round windows and load everything but nothing too difficult. Obviously this is not a high spec gaming matching but it runs windows 11 and does everything i need; spreadsheets, documents, printing, finding information on internet. Faster than my older windows 10 machine. So I'm very happy. Would recoommend.

The processor has windows 11 installed however the processor is not compatible for windows 11 according to Microsoft and needs a higher TPM number 1.2 is to low and it's an end of life processor so you can't get any updates from Dell. Because of this i can't get any windows 11 updates. Make sure the processors are windows 11 compatible and have the TPM number of 2 and not end of life. The processor needs work doing to it to make it compatible. The monitor and keyboard are good the keyboard does have a few letters missing because of the processor only three stars.

Excellent for a referb computer for a young person starting out.
