Lock & Ride works as advertised. The box fit perfectly on my 2021 Sportsman 570 and is very easy to install as well as remove. I bought it because mainly so that there's a backstop for when my kids ride with me, and it works great for that because it doesn't overlap/cover the seat at all. My only dislike is that it is definitely a little pricey since it's really just a $300 plastic tote.

I’m not sure if I’m out of line on this but I thought this was going to have factory holes for back decking. I made sure it was year and model for fit. When it arrived I was bummed that installing was going to take some effort. I had to pull back deck off line everything up using the back deck holes as a guide and use hole saw drill bit for tight fit on boat style plugs ( which work well ). I drilled one hole used plug to hold in place then drilled second hole used another plug to stabilize everything and finished the rest. Process is not hard and I’m not sure why they didn’t have factory holes. The tray is nice but it’s fixed and can’t remove which would’ve been better if you didn’t need it. Everything else is fine looks great on my 2015 sportsman.

Cargo box arrived from Amazon with mounting holes pre drilled from Polaris. 4 ea. Lock and Ride fasteners was included with the cargo box. Thank You Polaris and Amazon.

Be prepared to guess and drill if you have a stock 2018. No template even included. I would have thought the Polaris brand would have not had an issue. Unfortunately, that really put me in a bind, and I had to install another box for the sake of expediency.

So ill start off by saying this box is spacious. It's massive and that's awesome. Also it has a separate storage area up top for smaller things such as wallet, keys, whatever; allowing for easy access so as to not lose them in the abyss. Here's where it lost a star for me. The mounting equipment. It holds the box down solid but it doesn't come with a carter pin to stop it from being accidently un-latched. Additionally the latching system sticks up into the box so that they're not flush. This seems like a dumb complaint but my can am box uses flat mounting brakets allowing for a flat bottom interior of the box. Overall great product.
