Improve production technique
Pork sausage.: The taste is of durable pork sausage - very nice. (For me, coming from Austria, it is a bit spicy. But being in India I understand it is made on the spicier side.) Where I feel improvement is necessary is the filling of the casing, it was not tight at all. You could not cut slices as it was badly crumbling - maybe you should work on the mixing process or the ingredients a bit for better cohesion.
