**Q: Ours only came with 2 stainless steel supports, not 3. Where is the third? I don’t even see a spot in the packaging for it.**
A: Hi, I’m really sorry your holder was packaged with only 2 supports.  There should be 2 top supports on one side of the box and  one top and the smaller rear support on the other.  Please reach out to our support at optage email so we can send you another and try to make this right.

**Q: Can these be wall mounted? It doesn’t appear they can but wanted to check.**
A: Hi Georgette, you can't mount the extended holder to a wall. You could mount a shelf and place the holder on the shelf.

**Q: Where is this product manufactured?**
A: Hi Tod.  We do all the design and engineering here in the US. Then work with trusted woodworking, and metal specialists in China for production. The result is a high quality product. That we can offer for a reasonable price.

**Q: How tall is the walnut base?**
A: Hi - thanks for the question.  The walnut base is 20 mm or .8 inches tall.
