IN.HYPE Gel Top Coat UV/LED Cured (Milky Top)

Great top coat,, you can use it on a regular nail polish, make sure it 100%dry, then you can apply the rubber top coat and cure it with UV light. Tested 👍🏻

I really liked this top coat — it gives a beautiful glossy finish and seals the manicure perfectly. It cures fast under both UV and LED lamps, doesn’t chip, and stays shiny for over a week. The consistency is just right, not too thick or runny. No sticky layer after curing, which is a big plus for me. Great quality for the price — I’ll definitely buy it again!

I’m reviewing the Milky Topcoat! First I’ll walk you through each photo and then list some things I love!! Photo 1.) This is a few coats of the milky topcoat over a sheer nude/pink builder gel overlay. Love how natural it looks. Kind of a “your nails but better” look! Photo 2.) Glazed donut look. This is the same gel overlay color I mentioned before, 2 coats of a sheer nude, one coat of the milky topcoat (halfway cured), chrome powder and then a clear topcoat to seal it in. Photo 3.) This is how the milky topcoat looks when using it for a French tip design. If you don’t want to use a nude pink when doing a French, this works well under the French design and over it! I used 2 coats of it for this set because my friend wanted a bit more opacity. One coat would do just fine too! Love how well it complements crazy colors - sometimes it’s hard to find a sheer nude that looks just as good with orange as it does with green😂. Photo 4.) I used one coat as a backdrop for a blooming gel design - love that it evens out the tone of the natural nail without taking away the natural nail vibe. Now for some things I love! -I can use this under chrome powders and because it’s no-wipe, it works perfectly. Just make sure to only cure it for half of the recommended time before applying the powder (for me, 30 seconds instead of 60) and then your chrome will turn out great every time! Gives the perfect glazed donut look (second photo). -This works so well to tone down a color if it ends up being too bright for your taste. I’ve done this before (added 1-2 coats over color) to soften some bright pinks and it’s turned out looking really nice! -Works so well as a “nude” color for French tips. -Minimalism is in so when someone asks for a “my nails but better” look, this one blurs the color of the nail plate enough to provide a classic polished look. Makes for some quick work!! -I love saving time and money and this product does that! I can use it in so many different scenarios and it’s reliable. Love getting return on investment! -Great size, you get quite a bit of product out of this! Things to consider: -This topcoat stains when used on bright or light colors just as much as any other topcoat. Not necessarily a drawback since I haven’t yet found any other brands of topcoats that don’t stain after awhile! It typically takes 1.5-2 weeks for staining to start so it’s not that bad. And it’s not the most intense staining either. Basically I love this! I didn’t know how much I’d be reaching for it and using it but I’m so glad I purchased this because I’ve used it so much already! It has quickly become a staple.

This is my second bottle of this topcoat. I’ve been loving In Hype rubber/elastic gels lately. I wish they had more colors available because this is the only type of gel that stays on my oily nail beds beautiful with no lifting. The topcoat keeps a nice shine and doesn’t smell as strongly as other non-wipe topcoats I’ve tried. It also self-levels really nicely without running into my cuticles. Really easy to use and looks great. I DIY my nails at home and they always look like a pro did them. Highly recommend this! And try their rubber base and elastic base while you’re at it :)
