Very poor packaging.
I received the hat today. While there is no damage to the item, due to very poor packaging, the hat is completely out of shape. The hat was shipped in a normal polythene bag. Such an expensive hat should have been shipped in a box so that shape is not damaged. The hat has a soft steel wire along the edge of the rim and this has completely bent. Cloth portions have also been severely creased. More care should have been taken in packaging.
