Seem well put together just too big for my 2 year old
Didn't use it so can comment on performance I have a small 2 year old who was far too small for this so had to return it. Seemed well put together.

Decent product
Bought for holiday.. straps were tightened as much as they can but still seemed to slip off.. good to have for letting them run about near water

Not the best.
Tightened the straps as much as they go but they still come lose. In the end had to hold my little one without these as they were irritating her.
