Amazing job Cardo! Love these!
I've had the Cardo Packtalk Edge for three seasons now and they work long distances, last all day even with music playing, have a quick attach magnetic attachment, that can go instantly from my snowmobile helmet to ski helmet (they sell helmet kits), and most importantly they just work when turned on by reconnecting without having to re-pair, etc. We have three units in our family and it instantly reconnects to all three when powered on, even if we haven't used them for months. The interface is easy to use - for instance has a large rolling volume adjuster that can be operated with gloves on. Can take phone calls and talk to google or siri to ask to pause or turn up music or ask about weather or whats near me, etc. One mile range plus Mesh network for up to 5 miles, sena compatible via Bluetooth. Independent volume settings for talking and music. Talking is voice activated and will lower music down automatically so you can hear what is being said. They are comfortable, dont even know its there. Small footprint on your helmet. The sound is amazing, I upgraded to the 45mm JBL speakers but the original 40mm were fine too. I do recommend topping off the charge mid off season as a preventative to keep battery life good. Like I said mine last all day with music going. One of the best purchases I've made.

Easy install, work great
This is my first comm system owned, and so everything is working great. I have 3 HJC i90 modular helmets so I purchased a ‘2nd helmet’ harness for the third helmet. The ease of switching the unit between helmets is very easy. I was going to get the SENA 50b set that integrates with the i90 helmet, but decided to get the Cardo TP Edge so I could use on a different helmet if needed. Yes, the Cardo sticks out a little since it’s not integrated, but attaches easily and is secure, so no worries until helmet hits the ground for any reason. Cardo installation, charging and pairing to iPhone 15 Pro worked great. Only wish I could have Spotify as a music option within the Cardo app, otherwise ok. Intercom between driver and passenger riders works great with small delays and a few cut-outs once in a while, even on fully charged batteries. Most of the time it’s fine however. Audio for voice, GPS, music, is all very clear and wide dynamic range thru the speakers. I use the boom mic with the modular helmet, so just need to be careful when putting helmet on and taking it off. Highly recommended at this point.

Expensive but reliable
Ok, are they worth it yes, are they perfect no, here’s the down low. I bought these to communicate with my wife who is a new rider and they are worth every penny for that. I’ve only used these with the two that we have and they sync up instantly every time with no issue. Usually get 1/4 to a 1/2 mile range with the all the hills and curves. There’s no delay when she’s back, it’s like she never left, you can’t tell a difference. As for the commands it’s hit or miss. I found “hey Cardo”works better for me then “hey siri”. If you expect to use all the commands when riding then your setting your self up for disappointment. Set your music up before the ride on Spotify or whatever you want. The intercom will come and go as you talk and just mute the music a bit. Intercom is clear no issue. Answers calls with ease, call clarity is great. I think the whole hey cardo thing is ok , but requires exact clear verbiage of the commands. For some reason my Siri will beep in and then beep again cutting off my command but I have a love hate relationship with Siri long before I connected to the cardo. It does exactly what I need it to do, talk back and forth with the wife and play music. The speakers are pretty good, not great. Your not going to get top notch quality treble and bass out of a motorcycle helmet. There’s too many variables, like does your helmet fit properly, does it have spots for the speakers, is your helmet quiet. Do your ears line up with the speakers.. I have a AGV k6 and it’s perfect. Could it be better sound sure, but I can give some of that up for reliability. I don’t need noise cancellation except for when im talking to someone on the phone. It’s a helmet on a motorcycle being pummeled with wind noise, it’s not going to be spectacular. Plus you still need to hear what’s going on around you. Buy them you won’t regret it, except maybe a little if your me and they go on sale a week after you buy them for 100$ less on Father’s Day. Oh well.

Pretty darn good
I’ve hade this for a month now. Here’s what’s great. The battery life is fantastic for music. I normally don’t communicate via blue tooth. 6hrs of riding and I still had 75% battery left. Easy to set up and pair with phone. Love the magnet connection to the helmet. Wiring inside the helmet is easy. Speakers are very loud…… but here the bad. Minimal base in the music. If you turn on the base option in the app and the volume up the speakers vibrate so much the now the voices and treble is distorted. Loud mode is the best option but little base. I have the Skull Candy low rider headphones and connected the Cardo to those to see if it’s just the speakers and it is. The JBL 40mm speakers just don’t have a large enough magnet to push that good base. But I understand because of the limited space in the helmet. My skull Candy low rider speakers would never be able to fit either. So as a whole, they’re good. I’m keeping them. Are they 350.00 good? Eeeehhh?

Five star
Quality seems good. I just got it installed on my helmet which was an easy straight forward process. Linked to my phone easy and the app is easy to navigate. Unit updated over the air seamlessly as soon as it connected to the app Sound and phone call quality are great and noise from my bike seems to be filtered out. Overall I'm looking forward to using it on some rides.

Très bon produit. On notera juste que les explications de montage ne sont pas très claires. Même si ce n’est pas très compliqué. Il faut bien gérer la position des câbles pour éviter de créer des pressions qui feront mal au crâne a la longue.
