The main problem is the touch screen often out of control, jumping without instruction or just stuck and not responding at all. Some time you are in the middle of typing or searching, you feel like smashing your phone hard on the floor. Very disappointing after over a week communication with them try to solve the issue and thought that they would send a replacement to fix it, but I guess that they don’t trust the buyer.
