I love this pan...its size is great for making a lot of food. I always wash it by hand and only use nylon or wooden utensils in it. It is great looking too...I think some people don't want to take the time to care for their investment properly, and then complain afterwards, but thats whats great about America...you can blame others for your own shortcomings...😂

They work on an induction range, however, the bottom center of the pan, about 2" or so in diameter is not magnetic. Therefore the inside of the pan heats from the outside in. This is not efficient. It took nearly 10 minutes to cook a couple of eggs.Also, the inside bottom of the pan is not flat. It drops towards the edges. I want to cook with small amounts of olive oil for the added flavor, but the oil runs to the edges, and frequently the food never touches the oil.On the other hand, if you have fatty meat for example, and you want the fat to drain away from the meat while you are cooking it, then maybe these are the pans for you.I'm returning mine.

I love that this pot is dishwasher, stove top and oven safe. It's so easy to clean that you really don't need to put it in the dishwasher, but if you're in a hurry and want to, you can. I don't like the color, but either it was not available in a more neutral color or the cost of one in a more neutral color was more, and I couldn't justify spending more just to change the color.

First 3 months these were fantastic, not sure what happened! One day just stopped being "non stick" . So extremely difficult to clean or use, even using to toast a grill cheese sandwich the bread sticks! Now I am going back to my trusted all clad!I have been in contact, to no avail, with the manufacture. They will no refund me for the product, I do not wish to purchase again. I went with Racheal Rays cookware!!!

This pan is less than a month old and the exterior enamel has already begun to chip away. I can't imagine what it will look like after an extended use! Terrible quality and terrible customer service!
