I don't use a stand to hook up from my city water to my RV on the side of the vehicle. The hose works well but I still am NOT PLEASED with how bad these non-kink hoses DO KINK. Very Frustrating. This hose will bend and twist and kink so I need to coil as carefully as possible (and still get hard creases) to store and then unwind and straighten every time I hook it up. Seems to be the nature of the beast. Still looking for that magic Non-kinkable hose.
