Red Maple Trees Bare Roots
These were shipped fast and everything the ad said they were. All five came out and grew quickly.

Dead Trees
What a rip off the purchase of these trees were. The trees came with hardly any roots and despite all the effort put into making them be trees, they show no sign of life. There should be a way to get a refund for these.

Yes! I received 'tall' seedlings in good condition.
I appreciate receiving tall, substantial plants. A few twigs had snapped here and there--nothing drastic. I would recommend to the seller that thicker plastic or bubble wrap be used, because (my red maples and my sycamores were packed together) one of the sycamore ends plunged through the plastic, endangering all the root systems. Moisture was retained in the newspaper packing, however, so I think we will be fine. I will purchase again from this company.

Diminishing Return
Planted them as soon as they arrived. 4 of them survived the hot summer temps. But only 2 survived through autumn 2024.

They have all grown leaves
I was skeptical, as it took a long time to get the seedlings actually shipped (and the shipping charge was = to more than 50% of the purchase price) and they we all dried out—a particular concern since they are shipped bare root. I went ahead and planted them, and while it took a while all 5 now have new growth.

Do not buy
After having these for several months, I have finally thrown them away. They’ve been in pots and been watered regularly. I’m very good with plants. Not one of them ever did anything meanwhile, it’s spring time and everything else in the world is growing.
