Review: Great product, excellent value - I needed flash cards because I wished r to create an activity for a workshop that I run for adults. I spent a long time looking because I wanted a variety of colors and they needed to be a particular size. I came across these on desertcart and ordered them. You can never be 100% sure that you'll receive what you order on desertcart because photos can be deceiving but in this instance I was pleasantly surprised. The cards are the perfect size and made of a good, durable stock. I have used them over and over again without noticeable wear and tear. The container is not the strongest plastic and if I had my way I'd ask for a more rigid material because I would have liked to have kept the cards in the container, however, this does not detract from the fact that this is an incredibly good product and a great buy at the price. I will definitely purchase again.

I store them in a business card 3-hole plastic holder in a 3-ring binder, currently divided by plastic tabs by journal/anthology names so that I can organize what's been submitted and accepted. The cards are very sturdy, easy to write on, and are of great quality. I am sure that over time I will find many more uses for these cards! I love that they are different colors also. The plastic box is sturdy.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what kind of paper is it? is it shiny or is it matte ?**
A: It is regular thin paper index card style paper. I guess it is no different than the regular white index cards. These cards are very very small and bend very easily. I should have sent them back when I had the chance but couldn't be bothered. If you get these makes sure you buy some kind of holder for them bc the one they come in will break as soon as you get it open.

**Q: Are these cards good for making flipbooks? As in the animation kind?**
A: Yes! They would be great for that. The paper isn’t as thick as index cards - it’s closer to the thickness of notebook paper, however.

**Q: If you write on one side with sharpie, does it show through on the other side like regular index cards do?**
A: The sharpie isn't as visible as it is with regular index cards.

**Q: What does the picture of the no permanent marker mean?**
A: If you use a permanent marker it will bleed through the card and you'll be able to see it on the other side.

I used these as flashcards for school. One side was more difficult to write on than the other for some reason. Before this, I was cutting notecards in half. It was great to find a smaller size. You can use the colors to organize your flashcards for different topics. You can also utilise the colors to study in different ways than just memorization. They were good quality and not thin like paper. I found these very useful and will likely order again next semester.
